Customisation Process
A clear approval process helps prevent artwork, quantity and delivery mistakes.
2. Supply artwork
Send the logo, names and wording. Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF is preferred; high-resolution PNG may also be reviewed.
3. Confirm design and quotation
We prepare or review the layout and confirm material, dimensions, price, production lead time, packaging and delivery terms.
4. Deposit and production
Production begins after written artwork approval and receipt of the agreed deposit.
5. Balance and shipment
The remaining payment and shipping arrangement are confirmed before dispatch. Tracking is provided when available.
